DEMISE OF MALAM ADAMU FIKA, GCON, WAZIRIN FIKA
(IMMEDIATE PAST PRO-CHANCELLOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNING COUNCIL, AHMADU BELLO UNIVERSITY, ZARIA)

It is with heavy heart but total submission to the will of Allah (SWT) that we announce the demise of the immediate past Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Malam Adamu Fika, GCON, Wazirin Fika. He passed away on Tuesday, 24th October, 2023.
May Allah (SWT) forgive all his shortcomings, make Aljannatul Firdaus his final abode, and give the bereaved family, Fika Emirate, Ahmadu Bello University Community, and the nation the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Vehicles will be available at Senate Building to convey members of the University Community to the funeral prayer scheduled to hold at Sultan Bello Mosque, Kaduna, by 4:00pm today, 25th October, 2023. The vehicles will leave Senate Building for Kaduna by 1:30pm prompt.
