TETFund Board of Trustees in ABU to inspect ongoing projects
A team from Tertiary Education Trust Fund Board of Trustees led by a member representing northwest zone, Alhaji Ibrahim Turaki, has visited Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria for inspection of the ongoing TETFund projects in the institution.
The delegation had earlier paid a courtesy call on the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Adamu Ahmed.
Members of the delegation at the courtesy call included Dr. Bilkisu Zangon Daura, Aliyu Mustapha Waziri, and Engr. Halliru Ibrahim.
They also included Arc. Abdulazeez Suleiman, Engr. Ahmad Tijjani Yola, Hadiza Abubakar Imam, Oluwatosin Ishaq Ishowo, Umar Faruk Ja’afar and Nura Yahaya Garko.
In his remarks, Alhaji Ibrahim Turaki told the Vice-Chancellor that they were in ABU to see the status and challenges of the ongoing projects in the university.
The Board, according to him, was committed to addressing issues related to all TETFund projects and assured of the Board’s support towards completing all the ongoing projects within the stipulated period.
Receiving the BOT delegation, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Adamu Ahmed, appreciated the Board’s initiative in providing proper solutions to the ongoing projects in all the universities.
The Vice-Chancellor was in company of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Prof. Ahmed Doko Ibrahim; Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Advancement, Research and Innovation, Prof. Sanusi Aliyu Rafindadi; Bursar, Mal. Aminu Muhammad Bello Gurin and Special Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Sani Ibrahim Kaita.
