Call for Participation: Micro-Certification Course Development Competition
The International Institute of Online Education (IIOE) operating under the auspices of UNESCO, is a global collaborative initiative aimed at strengthening teacher competencies in higher education institutions in developing countries and improving access to quality higher education resources. IIOE establishes national centers in different countries to support digital transformation and innovation in higher education institutions (HEIs) within those countries. This is achieved by offering resources, networks, and training programs that the national centers can tailor to the specific needs of HEIs. These national centers, such as the IIOE Nigeria National Centre at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria-Nigeria, function as local hubs to implement IIOE’s strategies. They facilitate the professional development of faculty through workshops and training, and foster collaboration and innovation by building networks among local HEIs.
Therefore, IIOE Nigeria National Centre invites individuals or groups of individuals from partner higher education institutions to participate in a Micro-Certification Course Development Competition aimed at fostering innovative and accessible learning solutions.
Eligibility & Registration
The competition is organized exclusively for individuals or groups of individuals from partner institutions of the IIOE Nigeria National Centre.
