VC hails Prof M K Isah’s appointment in the Presidency
The Vice-Chancellor, Ahmadu Bello University, Prof Adamu Ahmed, has congratulated Prof Muhammad Kabir Isah on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the Special Adviser to the President on Political and Other Matters.
Isah assumed duty on Monday, 6th April, 2026.
Until his appointment, Prof Isah was the Dean, Faculty of Administration, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
The Vice-Chancellor, who lauded the appointment on behalf of Management, staff, and students, wished Prof Isah well in his new assignment.
Prof Isah will serve as the Principal Administrative Officer in the office of the Political Adviser to the President on Political and Other Matters.
Specifically, he will be responsible for the coordination, supervision and strategic management of all activities, operations and personnel.
Prof Isah will also serve as the principal channel of communication between the Special Adviser and all internal staff, external stakeholders, government agencies, party structures and other agencies within the Presidency.
