Yeah, I love doing sports; I especially love the “sit-up” exercise and I also love jogging, running. Physical Exercise helps me keep fit – really, really fit – and for those who have big tummy it helps them to reduce belly fat and helps towards keeping their entire body fit generally.
I’d like to encourage my fellow ABUsites to always endeavour to create time for doing exercises as often as possible. It could be twice a day (like a normal 30-minute walk around the campus in the morning and in the evening) or it could be twice a week – like going to the University Gym/Sports Complex and really sweating it out, which is what I and my friends are doing today. As young ABUsites, we need to be fit – I mean, very, very fit – so let us try as much as possible to do a lot of exercises rather than just eat, sleep, read, and live passively boring lives.
